The only data collected automatically by this website is what you enter in the quote request form:

- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Company country
- Service requested
- Number of agents
- Call destinations
- Message content
The form also records the sender's IP address and the submission timestamp, used solely for service security (rate limiting, abuse prevention).

3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used exclusively to handle your quote request: understand your requirement, reply to you, send you a commercial proposal and manage the commercial follow-up.

4. Recipients

The form is protected by a session token, a honeypot, a timing check and a per-IP submission limit. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection on the production site.
