Billing
An invoice combines a monthly subscription for the CRM hosting with, where relevant, consumption and numbering items. Variable amounts always come from a quote.
The monthly amount of the plan you choose: €60, €100 or €199. It covers hosting, the initial setup and support.
The traffic actually placed, valued at the rate of the destination concerned, according to the volumes set out in the quote.
The price of the numbers ordered, depending on the type, the country and the number of numbers.
Anything outside the plan (specific configuration, development, data migration) is billed on a separate quote.
Payment terms, billing frequency, term length and renewal conditions are set out in the quote and the contract: we do not invent them on this page.
No call, no number and no specific service is added to your invoice without a prior quote. The amounts published on this page cover CRM hosting only.
The three plans differ by maximum number of agents. If your team grows we adjust the plan upwards; if it shrinks we adjust the number of agents. The change conditions are set out in the quote.
