IP telephony

VoIP communications priced on the destinations you actually call

Call costs are not set by a price list: they depend on where you call, how many minutes you use and how your campaigns are built. We price from your call plan, then keep the quote aligned as your activity changes.

SIP trunking

A SIP trunk connects the VICIdial CRM to the telephone network: outbound calls, inbound calls and the caller ID shown to your prospects, depending on the configuration you choose.

International routing

Calls follow the destinations you give us. We check which routes are actually available for each country before quoting, and we tell you plainly when something is not possible.

Caller ID

The number your prospects see when your agents call them. Whether it can be set up, and under which conditions, depends on the destination country and the carrier: we confirm this before enabling it.

Pricing

How we calculate your communication price

The CRM hosting price is fixed. Communication costs are not: these are the inputs we use to build your quote.

Inputs used to price your VoIP communications.
Input What you tell us
Destinations The countries and zones you call — for example France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Canada or the Maghreb.
Volume Estimated monthly minutes, per destination and per period.
Call length Average call duration, because it drives the real cost of a campaign.
Number of channels How many agents call at the same time, which sizes the lines we reserve.
Campaign prefixes The prefixes used for outbound campaigns, which may carry their own rate.
Caller ID Whether you want to present a local number or a company identification.

An approximate call plan is enough for a first quote: we adjust the quote with the real figures from your first months of activity.

A quote, not a fixed grid

We do not publish a per-minute rate card: each destination is priced on the international market. The quote you receive breaks the price down by zone, states the assumptions we used, and shows what still needs confirming.

What we do not promise

We do not claim universal coverage: some destinations may be unavailable or restricted by the carriers involved. We check your country list and flag any blocker before you commit to anything.

What we expect on your side

  • A stable internet connection for every agent workstation
  • A SIP-compatible softphone or desk phone
  • A firewall (or NAT rules) allowing SIP and RTP traffic to the trunk
  • The codecs accepted by your trunk (G.711 is the most common; G.722 or Opus depend on the provider)
  • Your own SIP trunk if you have one — we are happy to work with it

In practice

How calls fit into the CRM workflow

1. Collect

The CRM loads your list and starts the campaign with the prefixes and calling windows you defined.

2. Dial

The SIP trunk places the call on the route matching the requested destination.

3. Track

The agent answers inside the CRM: history, status and campaign reporting are updated as you go.

4. Analyse

Consumed minutes feed the next invoice and the next version of your quote.

Quoting

Give us your destinations, we come back with a rate

Tell us which countries you call, the expected minutes and the number of agents: we test the available routes and send you a quote, including the points that remain to be confirmed.
