Numbering

Local numbers in the countries where you sell

A credible local number changes how a call is perceived: it signals that your company is present in that country. We source the SDA (direct dialling access) and DID (direct inward dialling) numbers that match your markets, then activate them inside your CRM.

SDA — direct dialling access

A number attached to a specific geographic area of a country: this is the most common format for a company presenting itself locally. It combines the national prefix with a number allocated in the chosen area.

  • Typical use: local campaigns and customer service in that country
  • Which areas exist depends on the country and the carrier
  • The documents you must provide differ from one country to another

DID — direct inward dialling

An international number in E.164 format, often used to stay reachable from several countries under a single caller ID. It suits teams selling internationally from one legal entity.

  • Typical use: international caller ID, several markets from one number
  • One unified format, independent of national geographic areas
  • Allocation and eligibility depend on the carrier selling the number

The process

How we obtain and activate a number

  1. You tell us your markets

Countries, cities or areas, number type (SDA or DID), how many numbers, and how they will be used: outbound, inbound, or both.

  2. We check availability

We query the allocation sources for every area you ask for and come back on what is available and what is not.

  3. We confirm the paperwork

Each country and each carrier has its own requirements. We send you the exact list before any order is placed.

  4. Activation in the CRM

Once the number is allocated, we attach it to your agents, your campaigns and your routing rules.

Documents usually required

The list changes from one country and one carrier to another; we confirm it before ordering. It usually includes:

  • A company register extract or equivalent (Kbis, Companies House, local register)
  • Proof of the company address
  • ID of the legal representative
  • Billing details and a technical contact

We tell you which format each carrier accepts: some take scanned documents, others require originals or a certified copy.

Availability and timing: what is not guaranteed

Whether a number is available depends on the country, the area and the carrier, and it changes over time. Allocation and activation timing also depend on the carrier: we share those expectations when you order, and we make no timing promise of our own.

Country dependent

Why we confirm every situation before quoting

Numbering is a regulated market: every country applies its own rules. These are the points we systematically verify.

Checks performed before allocating an SDA or DID number.
Check What we confirm before the order
A number exists in the requested area The list of available areas, the number format and the quantities that can be delivered.
Company eligibility The allocation conditions: activity, legal form and the country of registration of the applicant.
Supporting documents The exact list of accepted documents and the expected format (original, scan, certified copy).
Distribution and permitted use What the number may be used for: outbound calls, inbound calls, forwarding, caller ID presentation.
Billing The price of the number and exactly what it covers, on quote.

Rules for porting a number, forwarding calls or transferring it to another holder differ from one country to another. We do not promise that a number can be kept in a situation the carrier does not allow, and we say so before you order.

Give us your countries, we check which numbers exist

We come back with what is available, the documents you need to provide and the matching quote. The engagement terms are set out in the quote and the contract, which you receive before any validation.
